Janique Leslie

Certified Holistic Health Coach

Whole Temple Wellness my brainchild which allows me to help others through health an nutrition counseling. As a certified holistic health coach, Iridologist, and mom, she has a vested interest in educating and empowering others to improve their own health.

In addition to a B.S in Health Sciences/Health and Wellness, I also graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned innovative coaching methods, over 100 dietary theories, and practical lifestyle management techniques.

I have been able to overcome pre-diabetes, manage iron deficiency, and heal from within using plants as food.  Through Whole Temple Wellness, I provide health and wellness coaching, workshops and resources to everyone from busy moms and dads to groups in the corporate and private sector who seek to make healthier choices for themselves and their loved ones.

With my personal experience helping clients manage unforgiving diseases and my passion for helping others, I am committed to promoting whole-body wellness for all.

Janique Leslie is a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Iridologist with a B.S. in Health Sciences. I decided to become a health coach to fulfill my passion of working with those with unforgiving diseases and the desire improve my own health and that of those around me.

I received my health coaching training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York City. I lead workshops on nutrition and offers individual health and nutrition coaching to busy moms, parents and families.

I’ve studied Iridology and herbalism and use both of these to help my clients with a deeper understanding.

I will teach you how to reset your body's weight set points and how to maneuver them to achieve lasting weight loss.  Learning to manage the weight you have lost does not have to be a challenge.  With developing a healthy lifestyle and making health choices consistently, you win every time.

Through journaling, prayer, and fasting, discover what God has to say about your health and remove what's in the way of having all the energy and vitality to do what God called you to do.

My Approach

My unique approach to change breaks through stubborn resistance. By identifying trouble areas and stumbling blocks early in the healing process, I address them head-on, ensuring that success becomes inevitable with fewer obstacles along the way. Together, we navigate the journey of transformation with a clear path to achieve lasting results.

Unique Framework

There is a certain amount of mental preparation that needs to take place when you begin anything new. So we start with the mind and begin to undo and arrest certain blocking ideas. Then we develop a plan forward developing both spiritual acumen and physical strength. This framework sets you up for success after the program and makes you less likely to return to old habits.
