Steak
- 1pkg Pumfu (sliced)
Marinade
- coconut aminos
- olive oil
- Trader Joe’s Umami Seasoning
- Male syrup
- 1/2 capful liquid smoke
Instructions:
Marinade in fridge for at least 1 hour.
Fry in pan until browned, about 5 mins on each side. Flip until the browning is to your liking.
Serve as your protein over salad, or along with dinner
