Plant-Based Pumfu Steak

Ingredients:
Steak
- 1pkg Pumfu (sliced)
Marinade
- coconut aminos
- olive oil
- Trader Joe’s Umami Seasoning
- Male syrup
- 1/2 capful liquid smoke
Instructions:
  1. Marinade in fridge for at least 1 hour.
  2. Fry in pan until browned, about 5 mins on each side. Flip until the browning is to your liking.
  3. Serve as your protein over salad, or along with dinner

Raw Tacos with Walnut Ground Beef

Ingredients

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp coriander
  • 1 tsp coconut aminos
  • pinch of salt to taste

Instructions

  • Soak walnuts for 4 hours or overnight.
  • Add walnuts, coconut aminos, cumin, coriander, to food processor and pulse until the consistency of ground meat. Add salt to taste. Store in fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for later use.

Ingredients

  • 4 cobs or about 3 cups Fresh or Frozen corn kernels Corn straight from cob is preferable
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tbsp coconut or avocado oil
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 cup corn stock
  • 1 cup plant based milk
  • 2 cup diced potato (optional, omit for low carb) Yukon Gold is good
  • 1 tsp pepper or to taste
  • 1 tsp sea salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric mostly for color
