- Male syrup
- 1/2 capful liquid smoke Instructions:

- Marinade in fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Fry in pan until browned, about 5 mins on each side. Flip until the browning is to your liking.
- Serve as your protein over salad, or along with dinner

Raw Tacos with Walnut Ground Beef

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp coconut aminos
- pinch of salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak walnuts for 4 hours or overnight.
- Add walnuts, coconut aminos, cumin, coriander, to food processor and pulse until the consistency of ground meat. Add salt to taste. Store in fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for later use.

- 4 cobs or about 3 cups Fresh or Frozen corn kernels Corn straight from cob is preferable
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 tbsp coconut or avocado oil
- 2 cloves Minced garlic
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 cup corn stock
- 1 cup plant based milk
- 2 cup diced potato (optional, omit for low carb) Yukon Gold is good
- 1 tsp pepper or to taste
- 1 tsp sea salt to taste
- 1/8 tsp turmeric mostly for color
